Sančuari

Sančuari is a Sami band that has been a central musician in Sápmi for 40 years. The band debuted in 1984 as a cover band and quickly became sought after for their energetic performances that combined traditional joik with modern music styles. Over the years, they have released music that mixes Sami joik with rock and pop, which has helped to renew and popularize Sami music. Their concerts are known for their high alljoik and party atmosphere.

 

Easter Eve 2025 will be a highlight when Sančuari takes the stage for the ANNIVERSARY CONCERT in Guovdageaidnu. For the anniversary concert, Sančuari has enhanced its sound image with several musicians and exciting guest artists, which promises an extraordinary experience for the audience.
